I always make orders in order.
I tend to tell you in advance how much the waiting time will be!
I am very punctual and it is very important to me that everyone gets the ordered work on time!
I start working on it in the days before the deadline (about 4-5 days before). In this case, before making the sketches, I usually write a message to the customer that I have started the work, and, if possible, pay attention to their e-mail address!

You will always be able to follow this on my website by clicking on the “Order” or “Contact” tab. If you wish, you can subscribe to the newsletter on the “Order” tab, in which you will receive a message if the ordering is reopened!

Of course there are discounts. You can usually count on it around holidays. Please keep an eye on the current informations on the “Discounts & News” tab. You can sometimes find surprises here too!

Yes, in almost all cases! For example, an emote or badge package worth it better, than buying them one by one at a time!

In all cases before the work starts. You can learn more about it by clicking on the “Order” tab.

Unfortunately not! The finished emotes are all made to individual request and with a unique design. I will not sell them again, the customer enjoys complete security in this regard!

By closing the order, the work is also completed and finished. Please always think carefully during the ordering process to make sure you like what is being made or whether it has become what you’ve dreamed of!
However, it is possible to change it afterwards, for an additional fee!

The number of revisions always depends on the size of the order. I will write some examples:
1 emote: 1 revision
3 emotes: 2 revisions
5 emotes: 3 revisions
etc.
We will always discuss this at the very beginning of your order so you know what to expect!

I do not make an exact or very similar copy of the work of either my own or other artist’s!

Yes, until I haven’t started the sketches! In this case, please write to me and we will discuss what you would  like to change!

For me, customers are the first! It is very important for me to take care of my customers, you can feel free to contact me with any questions! I know it sounds stenciled, but for me, delivering the designs is not the end of the work. I like to keep in touch with my customers, give them new ideas. If I feel that my old emotes are in need of a renovation, I will write to them and recommend new solutions.
I am punctual and precise. The deadline is sacred and inviolable to me!
I make personalized and unique emotes and I’m open to any ideas. I help you make what you dreamed of, from your imagination to reality.

Not for now, but I’m already learning to animate and I hope I’ll be able to accept orders for them soon!

If you do not like the work done, you have the opportunity to request a refund! Refunds are possible as follows:
• Cancellation after the sketch – 50% refund
• After completing the order – no refund is possible

Absolutely. I have improved a lot in the recent years and am constantly training myself. Therefore, if you feel that you want to renovate your old emotes, I will be happy to make it for the price we agree on!
